13 February 2018: Growing Stone Fruits in a Sydney Climate

13 February 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Stone fruit can be some of the trickiest fruits to get over the line i.e. in your mouth, without problems such as fungal disease, fruit fly or fruit bats. To ensure that a heavy crop doesn’t spoil requires a little more work than an orange but is well worth the effort. Learn how to correctly select stone fruits and maintain them, including pest control methods and pruning.

Matt Heffernan will be giving this presentation.  These photos of white peaches and plums are photos of just a small portion of his 2017 crop.
