Permaculture Sydney South will have as our guest A/Prof Sara Grafenauer from UNSW, to discuss dietary patterns, nutrition economics and food systems, and what our government is doing about it. The focus will be on whole grain and legume foods, a topic which we haven’t discussed much at Permaculture Sydney South.
For anyone interested in nutrition this will be a very interesting presentation based on current research. For members of Permaculture Sydney South this presentation is part of your membership. Casual attendance is most welcome.
